ASAC Knocks Out Fuel Gas Emissions

To further reduce emissions, Engineered Concepts equipment also incorporates the Automatic Secondary Air Control (ASAC) burner system.  By controlling the air-fuel ratio, the ASAC maximizes fuel economy and minimizes CO2 and NOx emissions. ASAC technology can be incorporated in heaters, gas production units, oil treaters, dehydrators and any other equipment with natural draft burner systems. The income generated from the ASAC is big.

The ASAC controls the air-fuel ratio in the combustion zone of a natural gas fire tube.  Controlling the air optimizes the operating efficiency while minimizing fuel requirements and emissions. On average an ASAC reduces fuel consumption and emissions by 40 to 50%.
Uncontrolled natural draft burner systems – what is usually provided “off the shelf” - operate at 35% to 45% efficiency!  We have numerous “before and after” case histories illustrating ASAC efficiency at 75% to 80%, resulting in payouts as short as 2 months.  After that it is all profit!
What is the best emission free strategy?

All locations should be equipped for total emissions recovery – just for the economic value.  But for sensitive sites with stringent environmental guidelines or potential for litigation or permitting delays, total emission recovery should be an integral part of the overall production strategy.  The best strategy is to plan in advance for effective and efficient emission recovery systems designed to capture all emissions from all sources. Engineered Concepts offers more than one emission free (income generating) solution and a variety of upgrades and specialized equipment that can optimize your profits in the short term and for the long haul.
